I need help claiming my minecraft villager experience cape

I already did, I got an automated response saying the "order was complete" and nothing changed ive tried contacting support again but i dont get responses

Sorry to hear you're having trouble with your Experience cape. If your cape is already activated on your Bedrock, then it should already be on your Java Edition too. It is possible that there is just a delay on the cape appearing on your Java Edition.

Can you please try to logout your Microsoft account from your Minecraft Launcher, go to Settings > Accounts > click on the "..." then please select remove. Then please sign in your Microsoft account again to help resync your account, go to your Java Edition skins, edit it and please see if your Experience cape is still not there.

Please also try to check your Experience cape on the web, sign in here and edit your skin then please check if your cape is not there. https://www.minecraft.net/msaprofile/mygames/ed...

If the cape is still not appearing in Java, then may need to reach out to Minecraft support so they can take a look into your account and check why the Experience cape is not showing up in Java Edition. I'm afraid I don't have any official information I can share regarding this specific problem, as the announcements for these capes or Minecraft's 15th-anniversary celebration do not mention the capes being unavailable in some countries.

I experienced something similar when trying to claim the TikTok cape and I found that it would only let me complete the assigned task and claim the reward if the creator I watched was located in the same country as I am. Maybe this would work for you too.
