    Do you own this game or app? If you have a game disc, insert it now. Otherwise, make sure you're signed in to Xbox Live. If you don't have rights for playing it, you'll need to buy it at the Xbox Games Store Issue

    Is there only one reset card on file? If so, you need to add a new card before you can remove a card. Also, if you have an outstanding balance it will not let you remove it until it’s been sorted.

    That is a parental controll if you are the only person on the account it just means that you dont need it
    But I need it for my little boys. They bother me everyday, plz help me :'(
