    Okay so my friend purchased a game for Xbox for me. I didn't realize I had an account with the email address already The game went to that email address I installed it and opened it up to share however I would really like it on my primary account So a refund has been requested....

    How long does it take to refund and does anyone know how I can delete that Xbox account that is attached to the same email as my primary account I hope I make sense

    So two Xbox accounts linked to one email and I totally want to get rid of one of those accounts from the system completely I cannot navigate the Xbox app on my Android Samsung and I only have the option of removing it from the Xbox but not the entire sort of Microsoft system

    And wondering what happens once the refunds been completed do they provide a code to repurchase on the correct account?

    Yes. All Games on Demand games are like the disc versions. As long as there is online for the disc version, there will be online for the downloaded version.

    iv tried going to the actual website and logging onto the parent email, i remembered the pass for the account on yahoo but my account was hacked on there, and i cant see the verification link that was sent. iv tried every possible option, and i updated my
    account to an adult one, so i shouldnt be having this problem in the first place. and i cant give u my email, id have to be confirned ur a microsoft employee

    and also when i turned 18 it asked me to change my account to a adult account. and now idk whats happening but if i cant play xbox on my account iv owned for over 4 years and has hundreds maybe even thousands of dollars spent on it, we will be having a problem
