    I Need Help Accessing My Ambassador Dashboard


    Hello everyone I have been a Xbox customer about over 20 years now I have long awaited the day I can become an Xbox Ambassador now January 3 I finally became an ambassador and everything seemed to go fine until i occurred an issue that outlined the ambassador
    dashboard when I went to access my missions it came up blank my dashboard appeared nothing when I went to report the problem (it was continuously loading) I was having I clicked on report a bug and nothing happened everything I clicked on dashbord nothing
    appears for me after that except for my progression in the ambassador program was coming up blank every time I clicked on any of the categories. I have tried logging onto my computer to fix this issue I’ve tried accessing the dashboard from my phone I’ve
    tried multiple fixes and devices. to be quite honest, it just doesn’t seem like you guys want me to be an ambassador. This is going to be a tough one to answer.

    There is a known issue with the site and it is being slow to update. Check back in a bit. If it hasn't cleared up tomorrow, email xboxambs @ microsoft.com (remove the spaces) to contact Ambassadors staff.

    You need to be an ambassador to access the ambassador forums.

    As you don't have an ambassador symbol on your gamercard you are not an ambassador

    What problem are you having? I'm assuming that since I don't see an Ambassador badge your problem is likely not being able to access the forums. If this is the case you will need to send Miss Ermine a private message requesting access to the forum. She should
    be able to help you get this squared away. To save you time from hunting her down since you can't access to forums you can refer to

    this post     (ignore the content) so you can click the envelope on her signature block and that should get things rolling. Hope this helps!
