    I need help about the Xbox mobile app


    I was having some problems with the app so I decided to reinstall it but after that when aI tried to log in to the app it started to just started to get me back to the log in page after that when I press log in İt just refreshes the page nothing works to fix it please help

    Thanks for the reply. I'm sorry to hear about the issue with the Xbox app on mobile.

    I recommend to try:

    • uninstall app
    • updating the Mobile device
    • review the system requirements in the mobile store for the app

    The Xbox 360 support is no longer maintained. The Xbox app doesn't support linking your Xbox 360. It's only for Xbox One and later devices.
