I need GOW codes for my GOW 4 puchase I made on 10/18/16

As ngocphi called out, Gears of War collection codes will continue to go out in waves. Please check out the Gears of War 4 store description for
information on how these codes go out. This includes Gears of War 4 codes included in the Gears of War 4 Xbox One S bundle. Once that code is redeemed on your account, you should receive your games within 30 days.

To qualify, purchase and redeem Gears of War 4 on Xbox Live by December 31 2016. Tokens for download will be sent in waves through Xbox Live in-dash message system within one month of redemption. Must be 17+. Xbox One, broadband internet (ISP fees apply)

However they should've directed you to the description of the game

As per the description and terms and conditions of the promo

They are sent out in waves

You will simply have to wait your turn

It can be Tuesday it could be a month since you only recently got it and preorders are still waiting

When your turn in the waves comes up you will get the codes as long as you are over 17 and in an xbox live region other then japan or china

They won't send you the codes till they are generated for you which is when you get them ib the turn of the codes waves

This is to prevent mass queueing of the content and it would end up being weeks before you can queue it as server would be too busy not to mention maybe a week before the download completes

& that is false advertisment the catch was if you played gow ue before new years you would get a gow4 beta code on 4/18/16 thats day has come and i see accounts made last month with the beta

BTW, support actually wanted me to now go buy GOW 4 Ultimate Edition to get the codes I was supposed to get with GOW Ultimate 2015. What then, wait 10 more months and then buy GOW 5?

I live in Mexico and bought the console here, the console included 4 codes: GoW 1, GoW 2, GoW 3, GoW 4 and 5, I could redeem every one except GoW 3. They are available in the store.
