    I need emergency help with my email account,


    I need emergency help with my email account of mine and my daughters. We are both here and have reached out to Microsoft for three weeks. Numerous times. We followed every protocol you said to follow and you guys have not responded to us we need help we have thousands of dollars logged into an Xbox. And we don’t know what email we used but we know how to verify them and we know what email it is it just either has a Dollar or no doubt in it for an hour or no are. Can someone please contact me please

    Blocked out of my own account won’t give me access back.

    As I said in my post I don’t have access to my emergency phone or email number connected to my email I’m trying to gain back, i made my email 10years ago!

    And I had an email from Microsoft saying someone’s tried to get into my account for saftey reasons I need to prove who I am. But I’ve given all the correct details plus recent emails and everything else it’s asked for down to my banking details that I pay monthly for up until last week

    And it still says it doesn’t believe it’s me. Will not give me access to anything even the links you’ve sent me does not help.

    HI there,

    are both accounts connected to the same Microsoft Account (email address)?

    If that is the case you will need to try and move the TwinnedIsland account to another Microsoft Account. As far as I know that is only possible via the xbox 360 console via the steps on this link:

    support.xbox.com/.../switch-gamertag-to-different-microsoft-account

    After that account is moved, the other should re-emerge again.
