    Hi, every option I try to get support for account recovery will not take me to a person. I had an account recovery ongoing, was told it was fixed, and they closed the ticket. It is not fixed and I can't contact anyone about it because the stupid automated
    system you have in place for support won't connect me with an actual person...

    Hi David,

    Thanks for reaching out to the forums. Here is a guide to get to request a call or chat. Please be aware there is a lot of volume so it may take a while.

    We’re experiencing heavy volume at the moment. Wait times for refund requests, contacting us, and other support services may be longer than usual.

    When you go to Contact Us,follow these steps to request a call from support:



    • Step 1 ----click on Contact us
    • Step 2 ----under what you having trouble with select Subscriptions & billing
    • Step 3-----under what is the issue I can't redeem a code then hit next

      Step 4 ----scroll down to select request a call

    Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

    I have changed my Microsoft account and xbox and still doesn't work, that why I need to speak to customer support but there is no customer support.

    If you're not getting the options to chat with support or request a call back, change your category/topic. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works for me.
