    I need change the power supply


    1. mistakenly damaged my power supply, I bought my xbox one in Colombia where the voltage of 100 - 120, travel to Argentina and I brought the Xbox, what I did not know was that the voltage here is 220 and damage it, I need to acquire a new power
    supply adapted to the voltage of 100-220

    How to connect french xbox when you live at Montréal (CANADA)

    I've a french xbox but now i live at Montréal. I need to change my power supply or use an adapter ? I think the power supply is not compatible with the canadiens electric power.

    power supply prolem

    You need the power supply designed for that specific console.

    If its a US console it needs the US power supply.

    Using any other power supply could do some serious damage to your console.

    Converters/adapters are available, but i am not sure they are recommended by microsoft.

    Before you do anything else though, i would change that gamertag before you get a forced name change or a suspension.

    Xbox One Repair Guide     to set up a replacement directly, or you can reach our
    Chat or Phone     support teams for assistance with setting that up directly on their end.

    Is there a way that I could change the power supply without sending it in for repairs or buying a new console? Also, is there a way to test if the power supply is 100% the problem? My parents are not sure and need proof.

    the use of any transformer or power convertor is not advised. I would advise to contact Xbox Support (when in the US) to see if they can help you order a US power supply.

    I'm sure usa is 110 , so you would ether need a transformer , or a correct power supply for that region, I think xbox.com would sell them in the store aswell.
