This followupemail you will receive is the only means to get in contact with the refund
department directly and will be the only means of you disputing the verdict as well.

I asked chat support and even they didn’t know what’s going on with xbox play anywhere. Just a couple months back I was playing Castlevanie SOTN thru the xbox app which was pretty handy when I couldn’t use my xbox. Now the game has mysteriously vanished
from the app(s). Notice that was plural since there are now 3 different windows 10 apps for xbox: Xbox (beta), Xbox console companion, and Xbox Gane Bar. Xbox beta only shows 3 of my games (I have close to 200 digital), Xbox console companion shows 3 different
games. I also own the game Cuphead which is advertised as play anywhere but isn’t in those 3 apps. I have to go to the Microsoft Store app (4th app) to install that. When I view Castlevanie SOTN thru that app it shows as purchased but can only be installed
on my xbox, not my PC even though I was doing that a couple months back.

Why did they remove the backward conpatibility games from xbox anywhere? Previously CoD BO4 was also play anywhere but isn’t on the list anymore. It’s not a good system if they’re just going to delete games from Xbox Anywhere out of nowhere with no explanation
or communication. Would be great to hear from Microsoft what is going on. And why is there 4 different apps needed to play xbox games on PC? What a complete clusterfck. Combine all that into one app. It’s actually very fitting for Windows 10 where I have to
go to 3 completely different places to adjust sound settings.

no i am talking about the 1 month gold that show up when u create a new profile ... but i only can use it when i creaate a new profile .. wounder if i can u se it on my current account !
