I need an old account unlinked

psn accounts cannot be unlinked, well they can but only re linked to the same microsoft account.

its because its still linked to the old psn account, the crux here is you need to log into the old account to unlink. you may need to chat with playstation support.

Hi I kinda have the same problem. On my PS5 I have a old Microsoft account linked to my Minecraft and no longer have access to the old Microsoft account and just need it unlinked so I can put my new Microsoft account on it so I can play cross platform
