    I need access to a microsoft account connected to my psn.


    Hi!

    I am trying to play minecraft on my playstation 5 console and have run into quite a few issues. I have already dealt with minecraft help and what they found in their investigation is that my psn is connected to a microsoft account that I don't have access to. They said in order to unlink the microsoft account linked I need to have access to my psn (which I do) and then the microsoft account. I have no idea what steps to take to figure out what microsoft account is linked as I have only one email address and have access to that microsoft account that is apparently not linked to my psn.

    Would appreciate any ideas as microsoft wants me to login in order to request help, which doesn't help my situation because I don't even know where to start as I have my psn but need to figure out what microsoft account is linked somehow.

    Hello, a connected account can be unlinked by clicking the unlink button in the settings on the ps5 minecraft app, I do not have an account connected to my psn, I have access to my microsoft account, i never connected any account to my psn and this is the first time im attempting to connnect, My psn is not connected to an account

    Yah, I'm having this same issue. I don't think I have ever linked my PSN account to a Microsoft account. Yet, Microsoft states I do. I have scoured everywhere I might be told of which Microsoft account I have linked to my PSN account but, to no avail (Microsoft account access on a PC, my PSN account on my PlayStation device, my PSN account on a PC, Mojang's website.) I even tried that backward fix of changing both passwords. Nothing. I agree that the bare minimum should be to tell us what Microsoft account is currently connected to my PSN account but, we don't get that.

    Please note that you can only link one PSN account to one Microsoft account.

    Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PlayStation account, neither the Microsoft account nor the PlayStation Network account can be associated with a different account.

    It's the same case with all Microsoft Games, not just Minecraft.

    To use Sea of Thieves with your PSN account, you need access to the Microsoft Account you linked to your PSN one.

    Without it, the solution is creating a new PSN account to link to a new Microsoft Account.
