Problem with xbox live gold prepaid code

I'm not sure in which category to put this post but i hope someone at Xbox Support could help me with an xbox live gold code problem.

Now my request is hopefully not a big deal but goes as follows: On the 11th of may 2018 i bought an xbox live code for 12 months on a third party website that was already used. I contacted the seller on the website who asked me for a date and time when the
code (key) was used. (I have copied the reply of the seller below.) This i'm pretty sure is to make sure that i have not redeemed the code and now try to get another one for free.

''Hi the code has been redeemed.''

''You should contact Xbox support to ask when the key was used (date + time) and provide us with a screenshot of the conversation.''

The only thing i am asking for is a date and time stamp of when the code was redeemed, i hope somebody can help me with this so that i'm able to get a new code. If so, that would be very much appreciated!

Today I've tried to redeem a Xbox live gold 12 months code that I bought. When I redeemed it, it appeared written that the code had already been redeemed by someone else. I just wanted to know, (from Microsoft staff), the date and the time in which this
code had been redeemed. Thanks for your help
