    I need a solution to start fresh


    How does a user who is getting harassed in game, basically start an account from fresh without losing everything? Changing gamertags isn't option as I did that and my harasser found my new gamertag through old xbox chat messages. This user is blocked and that isn't the issue. Being harassed in game, chased around by groups led by this person is. The hosting company is taking forever at taking action despite multiple videos being submitted as evidence.

    It would appear that you can't just start fresh without being tracked in some way with a gamertag change so what are other options? I was considering Xbox live but now I'm starting to think that will not be a solution either. I have 13 characters created on a game, I have in-game gold and have spent a lot of money on building the characters and buying other things like skins etc. How can I retain this while changing Xbox Live account? Is there no real solution for people like me who are getting harassed?

    I am open to suggestions.

    Sorry to hear that buddy, is this happening on a specific game?

    Is yes, I can advice you to create a new account on that game and ask developers to see if they’re able to transfer your content to that new account.

    If this is happening on Xbox Live I can advice you to change your privacy settings and allow only friends to see your online activity and receive messages.

    And keep reporting the person that is harassing you, if this in one game report it directly to developer too.

    Unfortunately those are the options available right now, hope it helps
