I need a refund. You guys have taken money from me.

I changed my gamertag not even a week ago, and it has been force changed by someone in enforcement and I would like to have my 10 dollars refunded as I didn’t get to use my tag even though I paid for it. I understand that someone found it offensive and that
it should be changed but I don’t want a random generator name 1 week after spending the money on a gamertag change, the email affiliated with my profile is [Mod Removed] but I would prefer to be contacted at [Mod Removed] if possible

...And that's basically all of my moneys I have... Can I get a refund (Microsoft can take the licence from me too as I already own the disc version)?

You can try for a. Case appeal at https://enforcement.xbox.com if you haven't already if you did and it was upheld you will have to pay for a change if you don't want a random name

It is on you to follow the rules when creating a name

Why are there people who had their money taken out and then never received a refund? That's my question. I'm telling you all that there are people like me who had money taken from their account and that money was never put back.

So Im a little confused because this game is not out yet. It was out for preorder with a Nov 2020 release date. If money was taken out of your account for this preorder Microsoft would need proof of that for any refund you are looking for. You would need
bank statements that show the money was in fact taken.
