    I purchased 20 dollars of an in game currency on destiny 2, i didnt recieve it do i bought it again then I realized i was signed onto the wrong account and i just bout $40 worth of currency on an account i dont play games on please help ive tried to contact
    the game devs but had trouble navigating and am struggling to find microsoft support please help this is urgent

    In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. The 1250 would have been from making your first purchase using your Microsoft
    account credits. There are currently no offers Ghost Recons is eligible for, so you would only receive credits if you are eligible for VIP rebates.

    If you want to re-earn the achievements you would have to create a new account.

    Noone on the forums can reset it for you. You will have to have someone file a complain on yout account. The enforcement team will investigate and give you reset. It won't be immediate. It could still take months before they do one.

    Keep in mind, once you are reset you canno re-earn any of your previous achievements and you will be labelled a cheater.
