I need a refund on my Xbox game pass subscription

Xbox Support Team for a refund with a subscription. Any other items such as games or downloadable content will need to be refunded through the

You do need at least Game Pass Core to play online. So you'd either need to get a subscription or you can refund the game and get a Game Pass subscription that also includes the game.

Hello Marcin, if you bought the regular Game Pass right after you bought the Ultmate Game Pass, the system automatically turned your regular Game Pass into Ultimate, so now they're one.

In the case to request a refund would be the Ultimate Game Pass, and if approved you will be without your Ultimate.

You will need to log into your account that purchased the game or subscription and fill out this form below for refund, you will also need the order code for each item you want the refund.

There is just follow all the requirements requested in the completion, and then wait for an email with the response of the request.

This could take up to 72 hours.

hello, my subscription Xbox Game pass Ultimate was canceled and my funds were refunded . but i didn't cancel my subscription. it was supposed to last until November 2024. how do i get my subscription back?
