If your refund is approved, then all you need to do is re-purchase the DLC on the intended account.

Xbox Refund Portal. Just go ahead and follow that link and submit a request for this refund.

Hi! Yes, this may be true.

Microsoft has been refunded accidentally made or a purchase accidentally made by the system which happened in the past two years. Just check your account or contact your bank if there's a pending refund. Hope this helps.
