I need a refund on a purchase I didn’t make

where i launch it says to “play this,you’ll need to buy it” “either your purchase was refunded or your preorder was cancelled.if you didn’t cancel it, make sure your payment info is current in setting >account>payment & billing.”

Hi I didn’t get any email after my refund was denied. My purchase is available for refund but it’s not letting me because I tried refunding stuff that’s not eligible.

Since you are unable to locate the charge, we highly suggest contacting Xbox Phone Support so they can help you locate the account using your card details as well as help you get a refund. You will need to provide the billing information you have, including the billing number, date, and amount charged. Microsoft will investigate the issue and determine if you are eligible for a refund.

your payment information (either on your account or their own).

Also, you might consider locking down making purchases on your account.
