    I need a refund for a unique problem.


    I need a refund for a unique problem. I bought black ops 6 for multiplayer. The game literally will not let me play. There's nothing wrong with my connection, and no I'm not allowing cross-platform for security reasons. I'm not going to connect to people's personal computers on a public server. I have an Xbox, and I want to play people on Xbox. I have been able to play in Xbox only lobbies in the past. Now I just sit in matchmaking for hours in party chat. Yes, I'm a very high skilled player, no I don't cheat. I've been on cod multiplayer since cod4, I earned my skills the hard way. So, I believe I'm owed a refund since I'm either being discriminated against, or they're just flat out not fulfilling their end of the contract.

    If I took 5 minutes to look on Gearbox Software forums I would have found out I'm not the only one with this problem, no need to reply.

    Ideally, contact Xbox support and try to verify your subscriptions with them and also look up your subscription using your credit card number.

    OP Does not know any information on the account - He will need to find the Email address first.

    Since you can't login to live with the gamer tag finding the email that way is out of the question.

    The first step is contacting Dad to see what info he might have; if you can't do that or he does not know then there is nothing that can be done and will have to start a new account and start all over.

    Sign up to paypal with one of your new debit/credit cards and pay that way. It should work fine with very little hassle.
