I need a refund for a subscription

I understand, I think it is possible to request a refund for your subscription as long as no more than 30 days have passed since the purchase (You mentioned that you bought it recently so there should be no problems). The first thing you need to do is view your transaction history and note down the Order/Transaction number and then fill out the refund form. Here in the following link you can access the purchase history of your account:

Then you must fill out the refund form. If your request is rejected, you will need to respond to the email sent and explain the reason for your refund.
