If you've forgotten your PIN and can't access restricted console features, follow these steps:

• When you're prompted to enter your PIN on the console, enter any 6-digit combination three times.
  
• Enter your Microsoft account password when prompted.
  
• Select Make a new PIN.
  
• Enter a new PIN, and then enter it again to confirm.

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Xbox Community. I understand that you're having issues logging in to a different computer and you're being asked for a PIN.

If the option I forgot my PIN is available, select it and follow the instructions to reset your PIN. If there are multiple accounts on the device, choose the one you need to reset. This option is only available for Microsoft accounts, not for local accounts

If the option I forgot my PIN​​​​​​​ is not available, you must sign in with your password and then reset the PIN from the Settings app. Select Sign-in options and then select Enter your password

You can also use the Settings app to change your PIN.

In the Settings app on your Windows device, select Accounts > Sign-in options or

Select PIN (Windows Hello) > Change PIN and then follow the instructions. You must enter your old PIN in order to change to a new one

If you forgot your PIN, select I forgot my PIN and follow the directions to verify your account and create a new one

In order to access the access Pin options, you Press the Xbox button to open the guide. Then select "Profile & system" -> "Settings" -> "System" -> "Access restrictions".
There you will find options to create or remove an access Pin.

To reset the access Pin, you have to know your Microsoft account password and have it signed in on the console.
1. Follow the steps to remove an access Pin.
2. When you’re prompted to enter the access PIN, enter an incorrect PIN three times, and then enter your Microsoft account password to remove the access PIN.
3. If you want to create a new access PIN, select Create an access PIN and follow the steps.

Have you tried to set a PIN code for your account login?

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & PIN > Create my PIN.

Go to Profile & system > Settings > Account > Sign-in, security & PIN > Change my sign-in & security preferences. Choose Ask for my PIN or Lock it down to use the default security settings.
