    I purchased Minecions on Minecraft Xbox One Edition so I could buy an Adventure Map, The description described it to be an Adventure RPG to defeat the Dragon but when I got into the Game it was nothing more than a Template. I was Severely Disappointed and
    I want my Minecoins back in exchange of the Template I had purchased. I don't play it very often, so I need my refund ASAP because I could be doing better things with it. Please Help Me!!

    Missing Minecoins

    Hello,

    I am missing some minecoins. On 7/29/18 I noticed there was a sale and I wanted to purchase a couple of skin packs, texture packs & worlds. I had no coins available.

    On 7/30/18...

    I started out with a 0 minecoin balance. I "purchased" the "Beach Party Skin Pack" for 0 minecoins (it was free). I then purchased 320 minecoins. I purchased the "Plastic Texture Pack" for 245 minecoins. I had 75 minecoins remaining.

    On 7/31/18...

    I was interested on purchasing a few more items, but I only had 75 minecoins. So, I purchased 1020 minecoins. I then had a total of 1095 minecoins. I purchased "Sacred Falls World" for 245 minecoins, the "Cartoon Texture Pack" for 245 minecoins and the
    "Natural Texture Pack" for 245 minecoins. I then noticed that I only had 115 minecoins left. That math didn't seem right, so I did the calculation.

    The Math...

    On 7/30/18: 0+320= 320, 320-245= 75

    On 7/31/18: 75+1020= 1095, 1095-245 (SFW)= 850, 850-245 (CTP)= 605, 605-245 (NTP)= 360 (supposed to be the remaining balance)

    The balance shows 115 minecoins. I am missing 245 minecoins. I do not know where they went. I checked my inventory and I do not see anything extra that I may have purchased by accident. I checked through each item to see if there was a time of purchase
    stamp. The items in my inventory do not show when they were purchased (That may be a helpful idea ;-) ).

    Please help me find my missing minecoins. There was a few more things that I was looking to purchase during the sale. Unfortunatly, by the time you respond the sale will be over. I am confident you will be able to figure this out & make it right. Attached

    I have reached out to Mojang, who referred me to Microsoft, who referred me to the Minecraft Forum, who referred me back to Microsoft &/or Mojang. Please help me resolve this...

    If the Minecoins were purchased on your Microsoft account, chances are that your Minecoins is an Xbox version.

    To confirm the version of your Minecoins, you can sign in to your account on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history.

    In order to use the Minecoins on your 3rd party platform, you will need to purchase the Minecoins directly from the PSN store.

    (Note: Microsoft Xbox is a different platform to PlayStation)

    No worries, you can still request a refund by signing your account here on the refund webform link and follow the instructions:

    Your refund will be accommodated by the refund webform team within 72 hours.

    I’ve accidentally redeemed minecoins onto the wrong account for my daughter. Is tbeee any way I can reverse the transaction so that I can put them into the correct account?

    Unfortunately, redeemed minecoins cannot be transferred. The best option I can give is to request a refund at Xbox Support directly.

    Go to: https://xbox.com/refunds → sign in to the account redeemed the minecoins → select the minecoins purchase → click Request a refund → then follow the prompts.

    Then after the approval, usually it take 3 to 5 business days to process.While most requests are completed sooner, some could take up to 14 business days. But, it really depends on the processing time of your bank.
