    Hello, I'm three months ago on April 7, I bought a three-month subscription for Xbox live Gold and I did not notice the recurring renovation. July 7 taught me PLN 79 (I am from Poland) if it would be possible to cancel the subscription
    because the card assigned to the account has stopped working and I do not know how to pay for the subscription. I am asking you to cancel the subscription and have a nice day. greetings from Poland

    What happens when you try to connect your account? Can you share the error message with us? Are you having this problem with all games and apps or just Netflix and YouTube?
