I need a Cyberpunk 2077 refund.

Hello, i've been struggling trying to redund Cyberpunk, i as many others, were really disappointed with CDProyektRed's work, and I don't want the game anymore. I preordered the game digitally, and the first day I played i didn't liked it at all. The game
crashes in my Series X, there is low-frames, its laggy, a I thought it was my xbox but no, its the game, and I tried asking for a refund 3 TIMES now, and they all said the same thing: "You can't refund a digital game that has been consumed. Three times now,
and then Cyberpunk devs released a post saying that the people that are not satisified they can refund the game. But still they always respond the same thing. I need help from an Xbox Ambassador please. I want my money back, even if its in xbox credits i'll
take it. Help.

Haven't had a lot of crashes since applying the 16GB patch. It's a great game with heaps to do so persevere while the devs polish the game.

All new releases have some nuances not foreseen, overlooked, that require a patch, and CDPR were pretty quick patching the game. I believe there's another patch coming.

I expect Cyberpunk 2077 to get numerous awards for innovation in game, but unfortunately first bad impressions, (unwarranted imo) stick.

We all demanded CDPR release the game early, and then when they did, we were all "I wAnT a ReFunD" because it's so buggy and unpolished.

Maybe if you wait for a patch or just accept you bought a game you knew would be unfinished, you would be more satisfied.

CDPR cannot refund us all, as they would go bankrupt. Sell the game to someone else if you are truly unsatisfied, or suck it up and wait it out like a normal person.

If you play the game for long enough, it is considered consumed and cannot be refunded.

You played it for the first time and were unsatisfied, Maybe come back later when you accept the condition or wait for a patch or two.

We all rushed CDPR to release early and have no right whatsoever to complain that they released it unfinished.

Microsoft does not sell the PC version of Cyberpunk 2077. You've bought the console version which can not be installed on a PC. Unless your son owns an Xbox you will need to

request a refund.

The PC version can only be purchased from
Steam or GoG.com. Note that the PC version of Cyberpunk 2077 isn't available on disc for PC,
it's download only.
