my daughter n law put the yahoo in my microsoft acct. an i need it deleted. i want my acct 2 b outlook. how do i do that?? thanks TERRESA B

I promoted my acct the day i turned 18. Now its still asking for me to login to the parental acct, no clue what the password is and the email has been deleted from yahoo for being inactive. So im pretty much screwed. My credit card and info is linked to
the acct but still unable to recover and accept the terms.

Ok, so if i move XBOX LIVE acct 1 from MS acct A to B, and then connect Xbox Live acct 2 to MS acct A, will that be ok? Ill have access to that balance and whatnot?

same issue here and not a posting issue however my acct when I sign into live.com says I need gold acct. Ive been a gold member for almost 12 yrs

It's funny about this. I was renewing my acct. and added a family acct. This happened to my #2 Profile (Son's) acct. only. But #1 #3 and #4 were fine. I didn't like the thought of deleting the Profile. But it worked and all his GS returned.
