Discus and support I moved to Turkey and cant change my region in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I was in pakistan which wasn't a supported region before so i used usa to uk to buy products on Microsoft store.     I moved to Turkey and cant change my region


    I was in pakistan which wasn't a supported region before so i used usa to uk to buy products on Microsoft store. I recently physically moved to Turkey and changed my region and redeemed balance to my Microsoft account in Turkish lira but when i try to buy something using that balance a region error appears. I am not trying to use Turkish region to buy cheap games as i wouldn't have bought from usa to begin with. I am now in Turkey but cant buy games in lira. Please remove any restriction there is on my account as it is a mistake I didn't use a vpn anything i am literally now in Turkey

    you still need to have a credit card or PayPal registered to the account that is registered in Turkey

    when i try to purchase anything i get an error saying i need to change my region but im in the right region and im also using account balance

    im not currently in turkey but i did try and use a vpn to change my location. also the region is turkey

    Turkey is an xbox live region for 360 unknown if one supports it

    In order to use the code your account region must reflect your actual region you must use the region migration tool to change to turkey then change the xbox one region to turkey to download it

    Then I was able to add some money to my account with by Turkish credit card.

    But now I cannot find the page of my country region. So I couldn't check it out if it is still Turkey or not.

    After login my profile page is Turkish so I believe my region is also Turkey.
