difficult to be hacked, unless you gave out info, have a very easy password or gameshared with someone.

Similar boat. I was a Beta tester but got my account hacked. I had to change my gamer tag and personal identification in my account so I didn't have my real contact information in there. Wonder if I was contacted and just missed out because I was hacked.
I still show a 10 for my years as an active member but due to some jerks who ripped me off may have missed out on this one.

In cases like this, here in the public forums no one Microsoft agent or Mojang support can assist you with this process / tell your the specific email / modify or share account details due to privacy and security policies

If you have important proof of ownership for that account (emails, important screenshots, etc)
You can try opening a 1:1 chat with Microsoft support and explain them the situation

If you're not able to prove your ownership, unfortunately you may need to create a new account

Someone would have to report your account so the enforcement team can investigate it. But really you should just make a new accoubt regardless.

Ahhh ok. Do you happen to know if there's a way I can remove my account from my email so that I can reuse my current email address to create the new account? From a quick search, it doesn't look like that's possible and it seems the only way to get rid of my Xbox account is to close my Microsoft Account. I'd prefer to continue to use my current email address since it's attached to all of my other online accounts.
