I migrated my Minecraft account but still dont have the Migrated Cape?

Hello, i migrated my Minecraft account before the due date but i still haven’t received the cape for migration? I also have purchased both bedrock edition and java of Minecraft but i never was given the Vanilla cape? Was wondering if there was something i needed to do on my end or if i could be given the capes?

Well I can confirm my account migrated properly since I recieved a confirmation email as well as the migrator cape in minecraft.

According to the official Minecraft article about the Vanilla cape, “if you owned both Java and Bedrock Edition on PC on a single account before June 6, 2022 (whether by purchase or by code redemption)”, “Starting Wednesday, August 31, we will be rolling out this ravishing reward to players throughout the week. Since capes are tricky to stitch together, don’t panic in case your reward doesn’t show up right away. Just keep calm and build a dirt house in the meantime”.

If you meet the requirements for the Vanilla cape, you can try asking Minecraft support why you didn't receive it yet.

You need a Mojang account, and I think the time is over to do that.

You can only get a Migrator Cape if you have migrated your Mojang Account to a Microsoft Account during the migration period.

If your account is newly created, unfortunately, it is not eligible for the Migrator Cape.

Sadly, the Migration period ended last September 2023, and only the gamers who migrated their account from Mojang to a Microsoft account during the migration period have been given a Migrator Cape.
