I messed up on my custom controller.

A few days ago I was in Xbox Design Lab and customizing my controller. Without noticing I wanted to make my triggers Orange and accidentally made them purple which makes the controller look hideous. Any advice?

Is my controller messing up?

Im just curious, I think something is wrong with my analog stick. I just noticed it when playing Dying Light and having to unlock some very hard chests.

The issue only occurs when I have to adjust the stick upwards, its inconsistent like crazy. Moving the stick down, its smooth and under control. The controller also walks too which is a given for a controller with a lot of use. Light pressure downward I can fine tune where I want the lock pick to go but the same pressure going upwards, it tacs out like I'm redlining my car.

Not sure if its just a weird game feature so I thought I would ask on here to see of anyone else has had analog issues with precision? Not just in Dying Light but overall.

Same here.

It messed up my Elite Controller too, because now the mic on my [SONY] headphones doesn't work. Yet it works when i plug it into a regular controller...

According to the faq section on the
Design labs websitee it is not possible to change the design after an order has been placed.

Can I change my design or cancel my order after placing an order?

Unfortunately not. Your controller starts to be created soon after you submit your order. And since it is customized specifically for you, no design changes are allowed once your order is submitted.

Can I return my controller online or to a Microsoft retail store if I do not like it?

Sorry, controllers cannot be returned for this reason.

Before you try other solutions, first inspect your controller to make sure that it’s clean, nothing is lodged in the thumbsticks or buttons, and that there’s no damage.

Xbox recommends disconnecting your controller before cleaning it. Use a soft lint-free cloth (microfiber cloths work great) dampened with a little bit of mild soap and water, isopropyl alcohol solution (70% or less), or premoistened disinfectant wipes. Never apply liquids directly to your controller.

If that does not work try updating your controller

Connect your controller with a USB cable:

Press the Xbox button  to open the guide.

Under Profile & system, select Settings.

Under Devices & connections, select Accessories.

On the Xbox Wireless Controller screen, select “…” to check the firmware version for your controller.

If it says there’s no update available, your controller is current. If it says “Update,” follow the steps provided.

Well, if only one controller is having an issue, then there's your problem. If it's relatively new, you can return it to the retailer for a replacement, or you can contact phone support about a repair/replacement
