I made an outlook account specifically for halo infinite.

I made an account, I just wanted to play halo infinite with a few friends. I play on PC, I play through steam. On most games when you sign into or create a separate account to play a game they get linked. Thinking I would never need the email for anything again. So I never set up a recovery number or anything along those lines. I tried the support call-in, to no avail. She keeps misunderstanding my question, and I'm truly at a loss of what to do. I have my steam account to show the transactions in the game(yeah I shelled out cash). I can tell exactly what I've purchased on the account. However every "recovery" method requires an email, or to recall the email. Which as I said. I do not have. I am trying to figure out what I can do, who I can talk to. Since I don't want to lose this account since I spent money on it. HELP.

as the account holder you are responsible for the account, if you forget the vital security information and never setup recovery options then that is on yourself unfortunately and nothing Microsoft can do.

in general i have these issues with games that uses xbox services and i dont think it is specific to halo infinite only.

I thought Halo: Reach's black box would have been infinitely cooler if it was made out of steel.
