    I made a request for a refund back in 2021, it was accepted but I never received my cash back.


    I made a refund back in 2021 on the 21st of December. It was for Divinity Original Sin 2 and when I made the request it was accepted. I never thought much of it past that, but now since I've nearly finished Baldurs Gate 3 I am considering buying it again. I went through my statements and never received my cash after my refund was accepted. Can I get some help?

    I was just guessing. But based on the experiences here in the forum there seems to be no difference in the formulation if your request for a refund or if your canceling a pre-order that you haven't been charged yet were accepted.

    Hi,

    since this is a community forum we don't have access to your account.

    The only people who could help you with it (not sure after more than 3 years) is the phone support.

    You'll find them at the Microsoft contact us site of your country. Just choose a topic that makes it possible to request a call back.

    On possible reason could be (just guessing) that it was a pre-order and you hadn't been charged yet. If you cancel a pre-order more than 10 days before the release you will not be charged. So you can't get a refund for something you hadn't payed.
