I made a new account, and then whenever I start a game, it freezes on a picture.

my system freezes too. But my system freezes when i get to a load screen.

I'll get past the "press start" screen and i can select a game mode. But whenever the game loads, the system freezes completely. I sent my system off for repairs and got it back about 5 days ago. It came back with the same problem. I was pretty mad so i
called xbox support and they suggested that I make a new account. When i made my new xbox live account the game worked fine, oddly. I can play any game mode now. but whenever i log in as myself, it still freezes. The support tech said that there should be
an update soon to fix the issue....

I'm sorry you're having problems with your PC.

First of all, update the Graphics and Hardware Drivers;
Make sure you have updated graphics drivers and other hardware drivers.
Visit the website of the manufacturer of your graphics card and other components to download and install the latest versions of drivers

Check the Graphics and Resolution settings:
Reduce graphics settings and resolution in games to see if that improves performance and prevents freezes. Sometimes, between overly high graphics settings and poor game optimization, they can overload your system.

Check the power settings on your system:
Make sure your computer is set to performance mode, rather than a power saving mode.
Go to Settings > System > Power & sleep, and adjust the settings according to your needs.

Monitors Hardware Temperatures;
Overheating can cause freezing issues in games.
Use temperature monitoring programs to check if your CPU and GPU are overheating while playing games.

Press the Windows key and type: TASK MANAGER > then scroll over the left bar and select the box called PERFORMANCE

There you will find most of the important hardware parameters. If you notice high temperatures or notice that your Graphics card or CPU are saturated, I advise you to take your PC to the manufacturer's store and ask for a review or possibly the specifications of your PC are falling short and you need an Upgrade.

I almost have the same problem. Whenever I join a game and it loads the level, when the round ends and it starts loading a new level my Xbox freezes. Like it is trying to load two levels at the same time and that just overloads the RAM on my Xbox.

Yay hopefully this will help fix some of these freezes i have whenever i press start or go to a shop. Whenever i press the start button the game freezes well not entirely but it wont let me click on items or anything so i have to press b and try again. same
for shops i can only press a or b and the it wont let me scroll down the list so i have to press b and try again. So hopefully this will help.
