I`m unable to purchase a game pass.

Hello. I have an issue with this. For some reason, when i look in the app, there is no option for buying the pass. When i try to buy it from the browser, it does nothing. No error messages or something. Region is Poland
is there a way that some1 could fix it?

I have the same problem. Is there a fix for this? My son has used his Xmas money and as we are part of British Isles purchased 6 month game pass that we are unable to redeem.

Any help is appreciated.

Think it's time to cancel subscription and try PS4 - Not even a week has passed and now unable to connect for the 4th time. It is utter *** and find contacting m/soft as non existent.

I constantly have the same problem when I'm browsing games on a computer and want to acquire them for my Xbox One. I have a Game Pass subscription, yet when I find a Game Pass game I want to download I'm prompted to either purchase the game or purchase
a Game Pass sub. I'm logged in on the account I use for Game Pass, and checking my account information verifies that I'm subscribed, but for some reason I can only acquire the game on my console. I wish M$ would pull their finger out.
