    I m unable to add my dad's debit card


    I m typing every single thing correctly and again it still says info doesn't match the card number info i hav been trying it for the past 4 hrs and it still says info doesn't match��wht is this

    Indian Debit card/CC works on Xbox Live?

    Indian credit cards do work in India ..

    But debit cards don't

    My friends are using their cc , but I am unable to add debit card

    Although debit card does work in Windows Store and Windows Phone Store because they use commerce.microsoft.com as their billing system while Xbox Live has a different billing system

    Check your card flag and some of these qualified: Payment methods accepted: credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Elo and American Express), debit cards (Visa and Elo), Boleto and Pix. Amazon accepts all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Elo, and American Express. Pix Payments in real time, available any day or time. If so, it could be a bug that happened, remove the registered cards and clean the cache, then re-register the card. Also make sure all updates are installed. Press the Xbox button on the controller.
    Go to your profile icon and select “Settings”.
    Select "Devices and Connections", then "Blu-ray".
    Select "Persistent Storage".
    Select "Clear Persistent Storage".
