I`m trying to download again PES 2013 on xbox 360 but the download will never complete

After more than 6 sessions with Microsoft support agents on chat, dozen of tries (clean drive cache, changing the storage, formating internal drive, restoring to factory settings, re-downloading system updates, downloading profile to the console, etc). I
still can`t find a way to acces my loved PES 2013.

I can find the content in the marketplace, but when the download reaches to 79% it restarts with no error code. The file in the disk appears as Incomplete.

I must add that i can perfectly download other content such as games or apps with no problem.

Im starting to think this is a problem with the content itself and not on my console. But i have no favourable answer from Konami or Microsoft. They always try to find a thing to make it appear its my problem and would never check if the content is corrupted
or not.

If someone who purchased the game is able to download to see if I`m correct i would really apreciate it. And if a Microsoft responsable reads this message please contact me and see what we can do please.

hi dear HE6LLSP6AWN6 .. Thx for answer but not fixed my problem ;( i delet anything of pes 2013 in my storage and clar cache ... download again data pack and pass code ... pass code not problem and data pack inistal and complete in game .. but when going
to online mode master leag our match lobby say me CHOOSE YOUR ONLINE SETTINGS and Show me DATA PACK AVAIBLE NOW and back to pes menu .. i dont know why (((( i dont inistal pes 2013 in my hard drive ... What i am Doing .. oh my god ..................

Dear Hassassinade ... But i can playing pes 2011 and pes 2012 online and thats not problem ! i download data packs for pes 2012 and note problem in my game and its ok !! just pes 2013 have problem ! i purchase pass code with ms point and avaible data pack
in INFORMATION in pes 2013 menu .. i download thats and no problem in download or inistal or acitving online game Just can't sign in pes 2013 online mode just show CHOOSE YOuR ONILNE SETTINGS and back to menu ... i download data pack many times and not problem
! 3 stadiums update in my game and ok ... i dont know what is this funny problem ! just i'm waiting for new patch in 11 octobr .. perhaps fixing this problem with new data pack and patch ... ;(

Thanks for the data, unfortunately I tried all the solutions mentioned above and it didn`t solve the problem.

As I posted, I have done multiple contacts with the support officers online that made me do all that steps over and over but the problem is not there.
