You should also be able to install it via the console:

In My games & apps, highlight a game (but don’t select it).

Press the Menu button on your controller, and then select Manage game and add-ons.

Select the game tile, and then select each checkbox for which items you want to install.

Select Install, to confirm the installation.

Another option is to uninstall the game and reinstall it, this should update the game licenses.

In case none of these options work, the best course of action is to contact Support.

Please, look for the purchase in your Transaction History.

Missing DNA structure... Look at AC2, there were two strands of DNA missing that were DLC...

Did you select the standard version of the game? Premium additions and such are simply bundles of DLC many of which shop is account entitlements as opposed to purchases. Everyone gets the standard game, and sometimes you need to go to that entry to download

yes but I still think it should be cheaper maybe just for premiums? 30% off make it 370 M$ a week for PREMIUM!
