    I lost the access on another account


    On my phone i receive a false authenticator email for the other account that was *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***, inmediatly i receive the notification about my security info was desacredited and also the email was changed, i need help to recover that email account that now appears as this never exists.

    Party grayed out 14 days after communication ban

    Thank you for the response but I am completely lost now. From what I understand a console ban means that no account can access the xbox live services. My account still has access but no party so I created another account, low and behold the party does
    not work on the new account either.

    You cannot transfer things from one account to another. However, as long as you are still playing on the console that the DLC was originally downloaded to you can still access it with a new account.

    As for the lost profile, why don't you call support and open an unauthorized access ticket.

    Were you game sharing with another console?

    Factory reset would have lost those settings which would mean access to games bought on the other account will disapear

    Hi Kayne.

    I am sorry to hear that you are having issues accessing you account. We at this forum does not have access to make those changes, but i would recommend that you try to reset your password and make another, just to be sure.
