    Do you alredy check in your library? Maybe you dont have it instaled but the games that are ready to install perhaps

    You need to make sure that you're signed in using the account where the game was purchased. Please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to locate the account where the games were purchased and use that to sign into your console.

    Please check your order history to see if they're still on the list!

    If they are, try to power cycle your Xbox and remove and re-add your account!

    If they're not on that list, then you will have to contact the support through: Contact us | Xbox Support

    thanks, but my many years of achievements are lost, all saved games, and there is no downloads in the history (I checked). This is going to suck!
