I lost my xbox profile

Some context:

At the end of last year (I think) I upgraded to xbox game pass ultimate for a few months to try some new games and quite a while ago I let it expire. Today I wanted to play State of Decay 2 and it said that I had to login with an account that had bought
it or renew game pass. I'm rather sure I bought the game and dlc separately and digitally before I subscribed to game pass but they didn't show up in my library under owned games.

This let me to try and look at my order history on the computer since on the xbox it only shows the last three months. The xbox profile (MarcusCicero509) shown linked to my outlook emailadress, however is not the same as the xbox profile (Per32cy) I play
with on the console (that also shows the same outlook emailadress in the xbox settings). I remember creating the former for no real reason, but don't remember how. Than I impulsively removed my actual xbox profile (Per32cy) from my console thinking the game
would work if I it installed again. I logged in with my outlook emailadress, but now it shows the unused xbox profile (MarcusCicero509) that has not been played with, has no achievements, no order history and no xbox live subscribtions.

Now the question of how to recover one game has become a question of how to recover my xbox profile, with all its game purchases, data and achievement.

So, how do I recover my profile or who do I have to contact?

You can only have one gamer tag attached to one email address. Are you certain you did not have two distinct emails possibly very close to the same for each account?

You just made me think. I think I created my xbox account with an alias of my father’s email address which to this day receives spam emails from microsoft. I however replaced it with my outlook email one or two years ago. If I now try to login with the
alias email, it says no account exists for it, even tough it still receives emails from microsoft. My first gamertag might be linked to that alias email but I distinctly remember the outlook being the one showed in settings while my first gamertag was still
active on the console.
