I lost my VIP status

Somehow i lost my VIP status. I got level 1 or 2 VIP status before new GS ranking was released, now ist Zero again. Please fix it

My entire VIP status disappeared/all my points?

I made sure to update my live subscription week/s before my xbox live account ran out because it said I would lose my VIP status. Well I somehow still lost my VIP status and my remaining points. Now I think I only had 250 points so its not a big deal, but
I lost my 2 star status and was only a few dollars from 3 star status. Can someone look into this for me please? IT also states that I've been a member since ??? and when I go to my dashboard it states it will take a couple days to create my account..umm I've
already had an account?

Xbox rewards - purchases not showing up

So in the last week I have purchased Rocket League and renewed my live through xbox dashboard. Yet on my rewards profile it hasn't logged on my vip status tat I have purchased anything.

This is quite annoying as I can't earn money back... Any help guys....I was a vip before then when it was updated I lost everything

Hello o Flesh Stick o,

Around the time of the MyAchievements update that included new badge tiers, there was an error that caused non-MyVIP eligible purchases to be tracked for MyVIP. In your case, I can see that your game consumable purchases were incorrectly increasing progress.
When we fixed this error, this caused your VIP level to drop.

I have this problem. I also had a problem with bfbc2 where my vip/ limited status was lost so i couldn't play the extra maps. I did get in contact with ea and they gave me a new code.

There was a delay in our purchase information source around the beginning of this month that caused your purchases on the 28th to appear after the extra star calculations had been run. We are currently working with our platform team to promote the users
affected by this issue. Apologies for the inconvenience. Once they deploy their hotfix for this issue, we will update this thread.

We can confirm seeing your extra star now being awarded on our database. You should be able to see this extra star yourself once this information is uploaded to the website. This should happen within the next few days.
