I lost my savegame after an update

Yes i did it several times but still no backup.

I don't know what to do.

Were you able to quit the game, restart your PC and then re-launch the game and let it sync?

For cases like this what we initially need to do is to quit the game and perform power cycle in that way once you launch the game your in-game data will just re-sync.

Kindly quit the game and follow the steps below before you re-launch the game.
