I lost my right to own Dead Space Games with Gold!!!

I downloaded Dead Space early this April because it was April free game. I played quite a long time, I unlocked the achievements in xbox 360 emulator, but those scores didn't add to my main profile. Figured out the problem is that I can't connect to xbox
live while playing in the xbox 360 emulator, even though I already connect to xbox live on xbox one and play multiplayer game normally. Then a guider name TheycallmeBlitz told me to clear the xbox 360 storage and do the reset factory(still kieep the Games
and Apps option) to fix the issue. Now I even can't download my profile to play a 360 backward game because I can't connect to xbox live, I also lost my right to play Dead Space. Every time since I did the factory reset, the game told me"Do you own this game
or app...."

Now, what am I supposed to do? How can I play xbox 360 backward game if I can't connect to xbox live and how can I get my Dead Space back?

Dead Space achievements aren't showing up

Now I can't even start Dead Space because I don't have the right to own the game.

Lost deadspace 1 even though I owned it

So yesterday I went to play dead space 1. I got the error code 0x803f800b. I did have Xbox live gold active. So I restarted the console. That didn't work. Then I deleted the game to reinstall it. But when I went to reinstall it said pay $14.99 what's up
with that.

I downloaded that game when it was free shouldn't I still own it. I did contact customer support but they couldn't help me. They said i didn't own dead space. Help would be welcome.

I played dead space a week ago. Support said it was not on the list of owned games for my account to clarify. The only time I had ea. access was many months ago.

My ea access expired on 7/23/16

I looked online. Get this there are now 2 instances of dead space on the Microsoft marketplace. Maybe that could possibly cause the glitch

Have you tried forcing a push of the game back to your console from
HERE? Just select the "Download to Xbox 360" option.

 

I just got that option from the avatar items. I can't find the download to xbox 360 option from the game, I tried the other games too but that option just appeard on the game add-ons.
