    I lost my previous microsoft account, im unable to restore it.


    I tried to log into my microsoft account but it says it's been compromised.
    I tried recovering and to also answer all the questions, yet it shows that im unable to provide enough information.
    The only other way to recover the account is with a phone number i no longer own, is there any way to fix this?

    NOTE: I made a new microsoft account but all my microsoft apps require me to log into the old account, tried to sig out and everything but nothing works, there's not sign out option with any of the apps, it automatically asks to log into the old account.

    Product Key associata ad un altro account (Product Key associated with another account)

    After many contacts with Microsoft support, it seems that the product-key was associated with my previous Microsoft account, that I cancelled and that is not restorable. So the game is definitively lost.

    Can I restore my purchases on minecraft pocket edition?

    If you were signed in to a Microsoft Account in Minecraft, your Marketplace purchases will have been saved to that account and can be restored by signing Minecraft into the same Microsoft Account now.

    If you were not signed in to a Microsoft account, it may not be possible to restore the purchases. The best thing you could do in this case would be to contact Minecraft support as advised in the previous message for definitive advice.

    Hello khaji could you please provide me with mojang support gmail, im unable to find it, and i have access to the gmail, and using that gmail i already made a new microsoft account, cause they deleted the previous one. so i completely remade all the passwords, and i wont be trusting anyone or anything with my accounts again.     I don't think they're going to restore my purchase to my new account because of their previous response:

    Since you use a Microsoft account to log in to Minecraft you will need to go to Microsoft for assistance. They will be able to assist you with locating, deleting, or changing your account details such as your email address, password, and/or Gamertag. Please note that we at Minecraft Support are unable to access those account management systems.

    But I'm going to try to make a new request to Mojang support about getting a refund. Wish me luck!
