I lost my minecraft account for..? no reason?

- You forgot your Microsoft account email or password and can't sign in to your Xbox profile.

- You accidentally deleted your Minecraft profile or world from your Xbox console or cloud storage.

- You were banned from Minecraft for violating the code of conduct or terms of service.



To troubleshoot this issue, please follow these steps:



1. Check if you can sign in to your Microsoft account on a web browser. If you can't, try to recover and reset your password using this link: Recover your account (live.com)

2. If you can sign in to your Microsoft account, check if your Xbox profile is still linked to it. You can do this by going to Settings > Account > Linked social accounts on your Xbox console or on the Xbox app on your PC or mobile device.

3. If your Xbox profile is still linked to your Microsoft account, check if your Minecraft profile and world are still available on your Xbox console or cloud storage. If you don't see the "It's time to move" button you have migrated that Mojang account! Another thing, remember that migrating an account can take up to 5 days for the process to be completed!
