I lost my Microsoft account for my PlayStation 4 and can’t not play online plz help me

I am currently still having this problem and your instructions haven’t helped me. I am very saddened that my Minecraft Java was lost in the migration process and I can’t fix it. Is there any other way to fix this? I can only play demo, and I am crying because my mojang account has been lost and I can’t play Minecraft. Please help me.

I signed into my microsoft account on Minecraft playstation 4 and I then signed out because my skins from my microsoft account weren’t showing up in my ps4 packs, but when i went to sign back in all I have is the option to go to the website and use the
code and I tried 4 times, it wouldn’t let me sign back in to my microsoft and told me that my microsoft account had already been linked (when I had linked it earlier). I can’t even access my own microsoft account that I linked to the very same psn, I really
don’t know what to do because there are only two sign in buttons and they both bring me back to the “go to this website thing” and after the whole process is done and I close the window, the same thing pops up everytime. I have also gotten 4 emails about
a new sign in detected. I really need help.

I’ve tried and it puts me back in the same cycle, I can’t play anything even on a new account cause I can’t login to it.

I’ve given all the information I have and I can’t get any help. I’ve essentially lost a decade worth of time and money to this company.

I can’t get a tech person or a rep to help me. I want answers and I want my account back. This is actually ridiculous.

I have all the proof of it being my account yet I get locked out of it.

I’m really considering selling and switching to PC or PS

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have question on log in for Minecraft. You should be able to log into all Minecraft on many different platforms with your Microsoft account. As Cross play requires a Microsoft account.
