    When i redeemed the code for minecraft I used the wrong email address and I was wondering if it was possible to tell me what the email address is. I know my mojang account that gave the code and the code itself for security. Thanks

    Contact Customer Support at 1 (800) 4MY-XBOX. If prove ownership of they account they may be able to help you out.

    You will need to contact support directly for assistance. Contact Us | Xbox Support

    You really don't need to make your font so large and bolding is also not necessary. Doesn't make anyone respond any faster.

    If that doesn't work, as listed at the end of the troubleshooter, if you're still having issues, reach out to Offical Support at support.xbox.com/contact-us and they will help where and if they can.

    changed email adress no points from promotion

    the email adress was wrong so if it was sent, it was lost to a email adress that dosn't exist

    Xbox Support can’t provide this information, even if you know your Gamertag.

    Recover using your Alternate phone number or email address:

    1. All you need to do is to go to https://account.live.com

    2. Click on Sign in

    3. Choose sign in options

    4. Choose Forgot my username from there you will be ask for alternate email or phone number that you use with that account, if you enter it correctly then you will be able to see the right email for your account.
