I lost my account and need help with the recovery questions

I asked a question like this a few days ago and someone helped me by saying to fill in the microsoft recovery questions and then I would get my account back.

But, it hasn't been solved yet. Whenever I fill in the recovery questions. I receive a mail that I don't have enough information. And I was wondering. There is a question with if I ever bought something. Does that count for minecraft too? Since I bought it from mojang and not microsoft. There is also a question about if I used X-box. And I only really used the x-box app. Not the x-box 360 or x-box one. So I don't know if that counts too. I never used skype or outlook on this mail. But I do know like 4/5 passwords I used on this account. But those passwords aren't enough to get my account back apperently.

Simply select that you have not used an Xbox console.

Unfortunately there is no way to know what information is enough to recover an account, you just have to keep trying.

Unfortunately, purchases on external sites are not valid to fill in this form information, this question refers to purchases in the Microsoft Store and cards linked there.

The Xbox related question depends on what kind of question it is exactly, as it can refer to you typing the associated gamertag or it can be oriented to some serial number of a console you have used.

Remember that you can submit this form up to two times per day and unfortunately this is the only way to recover your account.

Whenever I select that I used X-Box it gives me two options. 1. X-Box 360 2. X-Box One. I didn't use any X-Box's on this account.

But I was wondering how much evidence I need to get my account back. I filled in 4 passwords but that seems that you need more evidence. I didn't use skype, I didn't use outlook I didn't use an X-Box 360 or X-Box one and the only thing I bought was Minecraft when it still belonged to mojang.
