I lost my account and my minecraft, can someone help me

It has come to my attention that you are unable to access your Microsoft account.

I'd like to try to offer you some suggestions.



As it stands, Gmail is perfectly fine as a username for logging in to your Microsoft account, and this is probably not the problem and you don't need to worry about it.



What's really noteworthy is that you mentioned that when you try to log in, you get a prompt that the account doesn't exist.

This corresponds to two common scenarios:

One is that you are using the wrong email, please try all the emails you can to see if one of them corresponds to your Microsoft account.

The other scenario is that your email may correspond to a Mojang account that was not previously transferred and not a Microsoft account.



Some additional information would be more helpful in getting to the bottom of this:

You also mentioned that you have your Minecraft purchase receipt in storage, did you purchase this game from Mojang or Microsoft? Is your proof of purchase in the form of an email or something else?

yes! I didn't lost my Gmail or my Hotmail totally, someone changed my mail for my Minecraft account and I cant get it back, I tried contacting Mojang but they don't respond so I think that something from Microsoft could help me... but I guess not...

If you did not set this gamertag, it may mean that your account has been compromised. If the hacker changed the data you originally had as your primary email, it will be very difficult for you to get your account back.

If you somehow find the new email address associated with your account, fill out the recovery form with that information.

I am currently still having this problem and your instructions haven’t helped me. I am very saddened that my Minecraft Java was lost in the migration process and I can’t fix it.
