Why that’s so unfair as it’s not my fault and my account is lost I just want to speak to someone who can help

Unfortunately life isnt fair sometimes.

You are considered responsible for anything that happens on your account. They have no way to tell if you modded the account or if someone else did it.

If they just unbanned everyone who said "my (fill in the blank) did it. I didnt do it" then everyone would just say that to get unbanned. See how that would be an issue?

Unfortunately there is no one else to speak to about this.

Dude I didn’t give him my info he has a pc and hacked into my account We didn’t game share I was thinking of something to say I knew that I needed to stop sending texts or bad message so I did stop but this was not my action I barely even know them I have screenshots too please just unban me I don’t want to get in trouble for something I didn’t even do

I can't agree with you on this as I have been permanently banned before because someone else used my account in a different console, and I can say that yes the process takes some time, as they need to corroborate that everything it's true, but I got my account back, meaning, you can't lost your account if you haven't done anything wrong, that's why the review process exist
